Bourbon Cask – Bright fragrant aromas with hints of vanilla, honey and pears. A soft mouthfeel with subtle sweet bourbon notes, vanilla, honey and green fruit.
A clean light lingering finish.

Tawny Cask – A sweet pleasant nose, with maraschino cherries, berries, raisins and toffee. A smooth, rich mouthfeel is coupled with tawny-influenced flavours of dried fruit, Christmas pudding, cinnamon and clove. A long, warming finish with sweet tawny flavours dominating.

Peated – Aromas of delicate honeycomb, menthol eucalypt, beeswax, nectarine and citrus. Palate of marzipan, stonefruit, bush honey, gentle waves of peat, toasted muesli, spices, buttered toast. With a lingering earthy peat finish.
