Aged for 10 months in a combination of new and seasoned oak. Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of white peach and dried honey mix with hints of cashew, citrusy nougat and wet stone notes. Elegant and refined the beautifully proportioned palate has a gentle creamy feel to it with white peach, citrus and pear fruits overlaying a dried honey, delicate roasted almond, nougat and spice back drop. Finishes long and stony with a measured freshness and great finesse.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.
