Description

With a more classic profile of juniper and citrus, this contemporary dry gin is defined by native coastal daisy, ‘Olearia Axillaris’ which are picked from along the shores of Kangaroo island. The Olearia imparts sweet piney notes that play beautifully with juniper and zesty orange. These strong flavours are complimented with warm Asian peppers in the background.
