Description
New Holland Brewing presents the 2025 edition of Dragons Milk Origin Toasted Barrel. This barrel-strength straight bourbon is distilled in Holland, Michigan, using a signature high-malt mash bill (70% corn, 25% malted barley, 5% rye). The spirit is produced in a century-old copper pot still and aged for five years in new charred American oak.
Following primary maturation, it undergoes a secondary finish in hand-selected toasted barrels. As a batch-variable release, the proof typically ranges from 114 to 126. The toasted oak finish introduces concentrated notes of vanilla, fresh-cut oak, and candied almonds to the robust, cask-strength profile.
