| What The liqueur is made from a blend of seasonal peach varieties harvested in Austria’sOststeiermarkregion, includingRoter Ellerstdter,Haven, andWeinberg. It also features a rare white peach calledWeingartenpfirsichfrom the Danube Valley. It combines fresh-pressed fruit juices witheau-de-vie(fruit brandy) distilled from the same peaches. Over 2.2 pounds of fresh fruit are used for each bottle, with no artificial flavorings. Unlike “candy-style” schnapps, this liqueur is known for itsnatural acidityand true-to-fruit sweetness. It features bright peach notes with subtle undertones ofvanilla and almond. |
