Description

This is a blend of Dolcetto and Nebbiolo, direct pressed and wild fermented in steel and gets bottled unfined and unfiltered with just a touch of sulfur. Bright, crisp and dry with crunchy red berries and pomegranate. This has plastic cups in the park written all over it.
