70% Pinot Noir combined with 30% Pinot Gris which are grown on the HERTZ estate in Eguisheim, Alsace. A 2-week carbonic maceration for both destemmed grape varieties, blended right from the filling of the vat. It presents notes of red fruit, with a predominance of cherry, a crisp and juicy quality that will accompany your dishes and meals in all its simplicity and authenticity!
