Ojo de Tigre Joven Mezcal is crafted from a hand-selected blend of wild highland agavesincluding Espadn, Cuishe, and Tobalharvested from remote mountain villages in Oaxaca. The pias are slow-roasted in traditional stone-lined underground pits, crushed with a tahona wheel, fermented naturally with wild yeasts, and meticulously double-distilled in copper pot stills.
