Gran Patrn Smoky begins with the highest quality Weber Blue Agave. The pias are roasted with mesquite for about seven days in small underground stone pits at Hacienda Patrn in Jalisco, Mexico. Theyre then crushed with a tahona wheel, fermented, and distilled.
