Refreshing English sparkling wine with bright acidity, a creamy texture and a long, zesty finish. After 19 months on its lees, it shows a rich, rounded palate balanced by freshness, with notes of lime zest, apple crumble and lily blossom. A delicious and excellent-value fizz.
Sovran is a small-batch producer focused on quality, sustainability and provenance. Made from classic Champagne varieties, this wine uses a less labour-intensive method to keep costs down, with secondary fermentation taking place in tank rather than bottle.
