Description
This cuve is 100% pinot blanc, one of the seven grapes allowed in the making of true Champagne but one that is rarely used as a single varietal. From the Val Colas Robin vineyard in Polisot, this cuve is a unique, full-bodied expression of Champagne. Its production is limited to 200 bottles per year.
