Description
Laureen makes this cuve with pinot noir from her familys best vineyards. After harvest, she uses a hand-operated Coquard press to extract the juices. To add depth of flavor to the base wine, during blending, Laureen uses a small amount of Meursault-aged perpetual rserve wine that includes vintage from 22 years. The absence of dosage gives this Champagne a beautiful balance of aged aromas and texture with a fresh and vibrant palate.
