After our Wine Grape Challenge, where we focused on particular grape varieties, we’re shifting gears to understand The Art of the Blend! We’ll dive into some of the most important wine regions where blending multiple grape varieties into a single wine remains a pillar. We’ll taste 8+ wines in a wide range of blends, from 4+ different countries, and unravel why blending remains so important in those regions, and the world of wine.
The class includes light appetizers.
