About the product: The toasted barrel is 13th century barrel proof bourbon aged 5 years in new charred 30 gallon barrels then aged an additional year in a 53 gallon new char 2 medium plus toasted barrel. The 30 gallon barrels are chars 2, 3, 4 and 5.
