Nose: Raspberry, leather boots, cedar, oak, cinnamon, wintergreen, saddle leather, old Christmas decorations in the attic, tobacco, pine, and a subtle cherry.
Palate: Raspberry, new leather goods, saddle leather, toasted oak, cedar, cinnamon, vanilla buttercream, lemon citrus, tea, tobacco, cocoa, and mint.
Finish: Raspberry tartness, confectionery sugar, cinnamon, cedar, nutmeg, vanilla, cocoa, espresso, musk, cigar wrapper, black pepper, white pepper, old leather furniture, pine, fresh lumber, and long-cut wintergreen.
Bottled at cask strength, 123.2 proof. Distillery pick up only. Limit 1 bottle per person.
