Description
Blanc de Noirs is 100% Pinot Noir from the Tarlants family steepest single vineyard, Celles-les-Conde. Here, the deep calcareous soils give sapid mineral energy to the wine. Spontaneous fermentation is carried out in large oak barrel, without malolactic fermentation, to keep tautness. 14 years on fine lees give incredible toasty golden richness, but the overarching character of this wine is Pinot: musky, fruity and perfumed with herbal edges and chalky length.
