Domaine Roulot, established in Meursault in the late 18th century, encompasses 11 hectares primarily dedicated to white grapes. Under the guidance of Guy Roulot, the estate transitioned to organic and then biodynamic farming. Jean-Marc Roulot, also an actor, oversees the winemaking.
