Description
100% Cannonau (grenache/ garnacha) from Jerzu Sardegna
Ruby, with a bit of orange. It is intense and complex on the nose, with fruity aromas of cherry jam, ethereal and spicy. It tastes dry, soft, warm and rightly tannic. Full bodied, it has a persistent and intense finesse.
Excellent for all meat preparations: lamb, pork, game. Traditionally is perfect with pecorino cheese and the roasted suckling pig. Serve at 16C – 18C.
