Sweet. Succulent. Sultry. So many 2012’s lack a core, depth, richness this wonderful wine has all of these components and more. It has Le Pin poise, Petrus power and overall Pomerol panache. Once again Jean-Michel Laporte has created one of the wines of the vintage. If we can get it at less than 1000 per case it should be on everyone’s ” must have ” list.
