Made from Nero dAvola and Sangiovese grapes. Translucent salmon pink tinged colour. Raspberry, peach and strawberry aromas drift from the glass followed by hints of musk and spice. Supple in its feel the palate features delicious raspberry and strawberry fruits over musk and a dash of spice. Brisk acidity finishing dry, savoury and slippery in its feel.

This is 50/45/5% nero d’Avola/sangiovese/shiraz. A slight change in winemaking direction designed to highlight ‘bright, fresh fruits’ pays dividends. Nero stands tall, bringing its cherry and raspberry-fuelled freshness, while its buddies supply a decent splash of spice and textural interest. Juicy acidity completes an impressive ros.
