About This Wine
The nose is an explosion of fruit, with refined and straightforward aromas, evolving from white-fleshed fruits to exotic ones. The palate is complex, saline, and remarkably fresh, balancing aromatic intensity with lightness.
Minuty M embodies both the spirit of Provence and the Minuty style. The bottle shape, refined in 2014, was originally designed in the 1960s by Monique Farnet, mother of Jean-Etienne and Franois Matton, defining the visual identity of ros wines from the region.
Food Pairing
This wine pairs perfectly with all kinds of appetizers and savory bites, including olives, tapas, taramasalata, crackers, wasabi peas, and vegetable chips. It complements summer salads like the classic tomato and mozzarella or Nioise salad. From the sea, it enhances seafood such as small crustaceans, pink shrimp, and shellfish. It also goes well with grilled or roasted appetizers.
Winemaking
The grapes come from all the terroirs of the Ctes de Provence appellation, both inland and coastal. They are pressed, then settled and fermented at a low temperature to preserve the wine’s aromatic integrity. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks without malolactic fermentation.
