Brilliant very pale straw color with a subtle greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. Citrus, green apple and lime aromas are joined by some herbaceous grassy notes and minerals. Bursting across the palate with terrific intensity are mouthwatering passionfruit, gooseberry, green apple, herbaceous grassy characters and flinty mineral elements. Crisp acidity with a long snappy finish.
