About this agave distillate:
– By Master Distiller, Delfino Tobon Mejia
– 10 – 15 years old agave Marmorata (Pizorra)
– From San Pablo Ameyaltepec, Puebla
– Single distilled in a homemade three-plate steel and copper hybrid still. Technically it is a double distillation process.
Nose – Butterscotch, red Berries and nanche.
Palate – Bubblegum, pineapple, strawberry, gingerbread, tropical fruit.
Type: Mezcal
