Description
Field blend of Treixadura, Godello, Albarino, Loureiro, Torontes and probably a few others from an old organic vineyard in the hills of Ribeiro in northwestern Spain, just inland from the Atlantic Coast. Iria works completely naturally and hand destems all of the grapes before foot crushing them and aging in huge old concrete tanks for a few months. Juicy and fresh with green apple, ripe tropical notes, crushed flowers and crunchy minerality. Sushi wine.
