Adirondack Gin is a traditional dry gin crafted using ten unique botanicals and essential oils, including juniper orange root, cinnamon and alpine bilberries. Bilberries, which are native to the Adirondacks, are a type of berry closely related to blackberries and blueberries. They provide our gin with a unique and tart flavor profile, says Bruce Elwell, the president of Adirondack Distilling Company.
