Description
Officer’s Release No.2 was made from a selection of exceptional casks from 2009. After being matured in American white oak casks that were previously used for bourbon, the rum was then transferred to Irish whiskey casks made from European oak and rested for an additional nine months. The rum has a balanced taste of orchard and tropical fruits, toffee, dried papaya, and a smooth vanilla bean custard finish.
