Story : The Mosse family run a 17-hectare estate in Anjou, known for its schist and sandstone soils. Former wine-bar owners, the Mosses were inspired to become winemakers after meeting legendary figures like Jo Pithon and Franois Chidaine. They studied winemaking under mentors such as Thierry Puzelat and Christian Chaussard before purchasing their estate in 1999.

Committed to organic and biodynamic farming from the start, they prioritize healthy soil and minimal intervention, using biodynamic preparations and avoiding synthetic chemicals. Their focus on natural vinification includes barrel fermenting and aging their wines, with minimal sulfur use and older barrels to avoid overt oak influence.

These grapes were purchased and harvested in Faye d’Anjou. The wine is fermented and aged in used barrels.
