A limited release of unfiltered Aguardente Barrel Direct, a marriage of old-vine Zinfandel, Muscat, and Pinot Noir distillates from select vineyards on Californias Edna Valley. The result is deep, assertive, complex, and gracefully lingering on the palate.
We unite two classic Portuguese traditions: Vinica, from young wine, and Bagaceira, from grape skins used immediately after pressing to preserve delicate flavors. Bottled at barrel strength after eight years in French oak to capture full body and intensity.
