From the Alderete family’s Jalisco Highlands estate, this Reposado starts with 100% Blue Weber agave, handmade and double-distilled in small-batch copper stills at Vivanco’s NOM 1414 distillery before resting six months in American oak. The result: bold baked agave upfront, layered with vanilla, toffee, and melon, leading to a long, smooth finish with enduring agave depth.
