Bourbon Barrel Pche is a sour farmhouse ale aged in bourbon barrels with local and sustainably-grown peaches and nectarines from Blossom Bluff Orchards in Californias San Joaquin Valley. Real vanilla beans were added towards the end of the aging process, rounding out the symphony of bright stone fruit flavors with a smooth finish. Pair this fine brew with glazed pork chops, herbed goat cheese, and peach galette.
