This heavily peated vintage 2015 spirit throws out tar, smoked marmalade, pine wood and deep umami darkness. Sherry and peat lock into a muscular embrace in a release that spawned just 318 bottles.

Nose: Tar, dark sherry, smoked marmalade and pine resin, with earthy peat and hints of charred spice.

Palate: Rich peat smoke wrapped in thick sherry sweetness, root beer, smoked citrus, pine wood and heavy umami depth. Waxy and muscular with brooding intensity.

Finish: Tar, resin, savoury peat and dark fruit linger in a stormy fade.
