This smooth and rich rum comes from a modern distillery, located on the site of a historic plantation that dates back to the early 1600s. Aging for eight years in a port barrel creates flavors of vanilla and sweet port wine that develop into notes of toasted almond, black pepper, and caramelized sugar.
