Product Description
The Bellingham story starts with 1,000 vines planted in 1693 -so theres plenty of history here. The vineyards passed from family to family until 1943, when Bernard and Fredagh Podlashuk purchased the somewhat derelict farm, set about restoring the manor house, gardens and vineyards and effectively pioneered the modern renaissance of the Bellingham Estate in Franschhoek. Despite such a history you will find a Winery prepared to play according to New World wine making rules where experimentation works alongside age old processes.
