From Tequila, Jalisco, on Mexicos Pacific West coast, comes this all-natural organically certified agave syrup, which is made from the juice of 100% Blue Weber agave.
With a perfect pouring consistency, this is a highly versatile product, designed to balance, sweeten and enhance flavour in a myriad of drinks and food recipes. An excellent choice to elevate many types of cocktails, from an Old Fashioned to a Tommys Margarita.
With its toasted sweetness from natural sugars, Beso Concentrado de Agave has the highest content of fructose and lowest glycaemic index (GI) of any syrup we have found on the market, making it a healthy, natural choice.
PRODUCTION:Carefully selected agave plants, which reach the strict requirements on age and Brix fructose levels are harvested. In a patented production method, the stems of the agave plant are then crushed to extract the juice. This is then filtered and heated to concentrate the liquid and to achieve Besos signature pouring consistency, packed full of natural rich flavours.
