Black & Blue Berry Gin

Description

Yahara Bay’s Black & Blue Berry Gin starts with our Extra Dry Gin using our premium vodka base made with corn and local Honeycrisp Apples from a 100+ year old Wisconsin orchard. The spirit is then vapor infused with 6 different botanicals in a 90-gallon copper pot still. Hand selected blackberries and blueberries are crushed and macerated in our award winning extra dry gin.

Tasting Notes:Light with blackberry and blueberry notes married with juniper and other botanicals. The finish is bright and clean with lingering blackberry and blueberry flavors.

Serving Suggestions:Perfect for any gin cocktail, with tonic for a gin and tonic, with vermouth for martinis or gimlets, or simply on the rocks.
