Description
This a blend of 40% Macabeu, 30% Xarel-lo 20% Garnatxa Blanca, 10% Malvasia from low yielding 25 year old organic vines in the hills south of Barcelona, fermented with native yeast in steel, then aged in concrete for 3 months before bottling unfiltered with low sulfur.A beautifully balanced wine with loads of minerality, apple, peach skins, a slight nuttiness, bright tropical fruit, sea spray, and a lovely soft texture.
