Jean-Luc typically makes this 100 percent chardonnay cuve with 75 percent vintage and 25 percent rserve, but 2014 was such an outstanding vintage that he went all in with 100 percent vintage. His Millsime 2014 spent a perfect 10 years in the cellar without a trace of oxygen exposure.
