Description
70% Viognier and 30% Chardonnay hand harvested and fermented whole cluster, then pressed to tank and bottled unfiltered with no sulfur added. It’s bottled with a crown cap, but isn’t sparkling, although it might have a little fizz at first. Medium bodied and really expressive with musky orchard fruit and a savory streak of wild herbs.
