The golden amber color is very pleasing to the eye and the nose is pleasant with vanilla notes and wood notes coming from aging in the oak barrel for over seven years. I enjoyed the taste which is well rounded and has a finish that lasts but leaves you wanting another sip.

In 1987, Booker Noe, Jim Beam’s Grandson and Master Distiller, introduced his own signature bourbon, Booker’s True Barrel Bourbon.
