Crimson red with dark ruby reflections. Plenty of red and black fruit on the nose with peppery, prune notes. Refined character with a light and fluid structure in the mouth with lots of blackcurrant and delicate spice. Perfectly balanced with a very fine finish.

How it’s made
Matthieu Laboureau follows in his family tradition as winemakers since 1640. Sustainably farmed, 35-year-old vines produce the grapes for this perfect pinot. All the work on the vines is carried out by hand, and grapes selected on table before traditional vinification and ageing for 18 months in old French oak barrels.
