Brave New Spirits “The Unpronounceable” Bunnahabhain (Staoisha) is an 11-year-old heavily peated Islay single malt, bottled for the 2025 Whisky Heroes series and matured in a single first-fill Bourbon barrel.

Nose: Intense campfire smoke, sweetness with vanilla and caramel, and a light, salty citrus aroma.

Palate: Creamy and sweet with a nutty element. Dark honey and oily peat smoke, underpinned by a gentle malty spice..

Finish: Long-lasting smoke with roasted almonds, oak spice, toffee and a subtle salty note.
