Description
Georges Cordier, the grandfather of the current owners was one of the first to replant white wine in Mdoc in the 1930s. With a majority of Sauvignon, and a hint of Smillon, Caillou Blanc is raised on its lees and stirred in a Burgundy manner.The wine is very aromatic, with a lively personality and responsiveness one finds again and again through all the vintages.
