Nose: Delicate and lightly peated with notes of vanilla, caramel, butterscotch and candies.

Palate: Slightly medicinal but sweet with hints of peat & hot chillies.

Finish: Long, intense, and hot with a peaty lingering finish.

Distillery Information

The production facility covers an area of 20,000 square meters where the distillery, bottling and packaging, underground cellars and warehousing facilities are situated, making Alexandrion Saber one of the largest and most modern production facilities in southeastern Europe. It also owns vineyards and wine production facilities in the Dealu Mare (Big Hill) region.
