Description
Cenote Tequila is named after naturally-occurring swimming holes created by holes formed in limestone bedrock. Created by master distiller Arturo Fuentes and master blender Alejandro Garcia Pez using blue agave which has matured for a minimum of 6-7 years and natural volcanic spring water. Cenote Anejo is matured for at least 12 months in finer-grained, lightly toasted American oak barrels. Bottled at 40%. (Bottle size 750ml)
Nose: Smoke accented with subtle wood notes.
Palate: Vanilla, chili pepper, dark chocolate and cinnamon.
Finish: Nuanced complexity with a long lingering finish.
