This cuve represents the origin of the family story and blends grapes from their three historic villages.
- 70% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir, 10% Pinot Meunier
- Villages: Frebrianges, Etoges, Congy, Valle du Petit Morin
- Soil: Sand and clay over limestone
- Vinification: Aging on lees, partially in foudres and 228L barrels.
- Dosage: 5g/L
Complex Chardonnay dominant, yeasty new bubbly from a great small producer; this wine rocks great flavours of creaminess, fresh baked bread and sourdough, all underpinned by smoky hints of mushrooms and an outstanding long finish.
