Made from apples grown at Harvest Spirits, Core Gin is made by distilling hard cider three times. This base spirit is then distilled once more to become gin.
Soft floral aroma with a subtle juniper berry tang, complemented with the delicate flavors of coriander and lemongrass. No secret ingredients, just three botanicals.
