Cotes de Thongue Rouge “Isa”, Les Chemins de Bassac 2018 (Languedoc, France)

Description

This is a blend of mostly Grenache with some Mourvedre, Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir from biodynamic vines just inland from the Thau lagoon, north of Beziers, made all in steel with just a little sulfur added at bottling. Perfect bistro wine to drink all day with bottomless fries. Dark red fruit on a medium bodied frame.
