A blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Aligotefrom organic vineyards around Magny-les-Villiers in the Hautes Cotes just above Pernand-Vergelesses, made in the Champagne Method with 18 months of tirage and 4g/l of dosage. What does all of that mean? Firm creamy bubbles with nice round tropical fruit, citrus and wild flowers. Fancy bubbles. Claire is a legend and this will be her last vintage making this bubbly. Get it while you can.
