Distilled in August 2009 and bottled in 2020, this small-batch seasonal release was drawn from five casks: a mix of bourbon and sherry casks matured in Daftmills traditional dunnage warehouses. With only 1,875 bottles produced, it is a limited edition that perfectly showcases the distillerys orchard fruit-led, farm-to-bottle style with added sherried depth.
