Description
Honjozo sake is sake with a little brewers alcohol added. The intention is not for the sake to be boozy-er, but to make it balanced. We often associate a crisp, short finish with honjozo sake.

The experience:A super well balanced sake! Theres some creamy acidity from the brewing method (kimoto) but overall a light & dry sake that pairs very well with food. Serve at any temperature. Process:Kimoto ABV: 15% Ingredients:69%polished gohyakumangoku rice Storage:keep in a cool, dark place |
